About Hallam Woolfrey
Who am I:
I live in Te Awamutu with my wife Kirsty and our two sons, Quin (6years) and Louis (3years)
I class myself as a ‘Kiwi come home’, a true international resident, having lived in the USA, UK, Europe and Africa. My background has given me an understanding of the different walks in life and their motivations.
The reason I moved into real estate was because of a mountain bike crash.
It was a brush with death that had me re-evaluate what I saw as important to my life… the answer is: my family and providing a ‘tangible’ solution which is of value to others.
Advertising is a great industry for single people with cast iron livers… however it is generally a non-tangible solution for corporate entities. I had to decide how I could spend more time with my family and give something back to the friendly community of Te Awamutu.
Marketing real estate is all about perception, what the property offers comes down to the way it is presented to the marketplace and the size of the relevant target market.
As a buyer’s agent I aim to deliver information not clearly presented to the market. I am a licensed salesperson under REAA (2008), and have access to over 500 properties in the Te Awamutu area.
I wish to present the buyers to the property of their dreams (or one on the ladder to the property of their dreams); there is nothing in this industry that fills me with more joy.
I am straightforward. I know that getting mutually agreeable expectations results in a transaction of property and you get that by being honest in everything you do.
Keep people happy.
Stay in business!
